ReLivR is built with a focused feature set designed around the realities of local, peer-to-peer work. Everything was chosen because it solves a real problem for real people.
When a task is posted, our matching engine automatically identifies earners whose skill profiles overlap with the task's skill tags using Jaccard similarity scoring. Earners are ranked by skill overlap score, average rating bonus (up to +20% for 5-star earners), and account longevity.
Every user has a trust score between 0 and 100, calculated from:
Levels: Unverified (0–19) · New (20–49) · Established (50–79) · Verified (80–100)
Escrow is on our roadmap, not live yet. The plan is an authorise-then-capture model through a regulated South African payment provider, so a creator's card is authorised when a task is accepted but only charged once they confirm the work is done. Until it ships, payment is arranged directly between users and ReLivR takes no commission.
Built-in direct messaging with task-scoped threads, pre-bid inquiry messages, read receipts, and message history preserved for dispute evidence. New messages reach you by email (instantly or in a daily digest — your choice in Profile → Security).
The admin dashboard provides a full dispute queue with FIFO ordering, complete message logs for any task, escrow state visibility, user management, audit timelines, and one-click refund or release from the dispute detail view.
