ReLivR is built on the principle that two neighbours in the same community should be able to transact with confidence. Every feature exists to make that possible.
🔒 Identity verification, public ratings and on-platform messaging are live today. Payment protection through escrow is on our roadmap and is not live yet — payments are currently arranged directly between users.
Every user has a visible trust score calculated from verifiable signals: verified identity, completed transactions, earned ratings, and account history. A high trust score is not a guarantee of quality, but it is a meaningful signal that a user has a real, verified identity and a track record on the platform.
Verifying a South African university student email earns a verified-student badge and boosts your trust. Email verification and Google sign-in further confirm a real identity and help prevent anonymous bad-faith accounts from accumulating trust.
ReLivR does not process or hold your money. Payments are arranged directly between the creator and the earner, so no card details are ever entered into or stored by ReLivR.
That also means we cannot reverse a payment if something goes wrong. Until escrow launches, protect yourself by checking the other person's rating and verification, agreeing the price and method in the task messages before starting, and being cautious about paying in full up front.
